The service

Budget Planner helps you plan household budgets month by month. It is a planning tool only: it does not give financial, tax or legal advice and it does not move or hold any money.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.

Free trial, plans and payment

• New accounts get a free trial of 40 days. After the trial you need a paid plan to keep using the app.
• Yearly: 2.99 EUR per year, renewed automatically until you cancel.
• Lifetime: a one-time payment of 6.99 EUR that unlocks the app for as long as we offer it.
• Web purchases are processed by Stripe, and purchases in the Android app by Google Play. Prices may differ slightly by country and include applicable taxes.
• You can cancel a yearly plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscriptions bought on the web are managed from Settings > Account; subscriptions bought in the Android app are managed in the Google Play Store.
• Refunds follow applicable consumer law and, for Android purchases, Google Play's refund policy. Contact us if you need help.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people's data, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the figures in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it. The date above shows the latest revision.
